Terms of Service

VerdictIQ provides GateKeeperAI, which includes:

• The Capture and Operate CRM plans, on which calls ring through to you and the AI does not answer the phone
• The AI Receptionist plan, the only plan on which the AI answers your calls, including setup and training
• Related technical support

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Grant necessary administrative access to required platforms
• Confirm they are authorized to provide such access
• Respond to communications in a timely manner

Setup timelines depend on client cooperation and access being granted.

The Capture and Operate plans start with a 14 day free trial. A card is taken at signup, and cancelling inside the 14 day trial means no charge.

Plans are billed monthly, in advance. Each payment covers the month ahead, including your use of the service during that month. Outside the free trial, payment is required before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops all future charges. Because each month is paid in advance, we do not give partial refunds for the remainder of a month that has already been paid.

The AI Receptionist plan includes a monthly block of AI talk minutes: 500 minutes on business plans and 750 minutes on law firm plans, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Talk minutes are the time the AI spends on calls. Minutes used beyond the included block in a billing month are charged at $0.35 per minute and billed on your next invoice. Unused included minutes do not carry over to the next month.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Failure to provide required access after payment does not void payment obligations.

All services are subject to the VerdictIQ Refund Policy.

For the AI Receptionist plan, setup work is considered commenced once:

• Required platform access has been granted
• Setup work has started

Refunds are governed strictly by the published Refund Policy.

VerdictIQ does not guarantee:

• Revenue growth
• Advertising performance improvements
• Lead volume increases
• Specific business outcomes

GateKeeperAI provides software and setup services. Business results depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerdictIQ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The GateKeeperAI software, documentation, and setup materials remain the intellectual property of VerdictIQ.

Clients retain ownership of their own platform accounts, business data, contacts, and call records.

VerdictIQ will treat client data and platform access credentials as confidential and will use them solely for purposes of delivering agreed services.

VerdictIQ reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• Platform access is revoked
• Abusive or fraudulent behavior occurs
• Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated improperly

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
