Capture, at $40 a month, is where everything lands: calls, forms, chats and lead ads, all in one pipeline. You do the follow up. Operate, at $75, adds the tools that keep follow up from slipping: automations that email a lead when you move their deal to a new stage, a Google review inbox with drafted replies, online booking with reminders, calendar sync, lead alerts, sending from your own mailbox, and running the CRM from ChatGPT or Claude.
Does the AI answer my phone on Capture or Operate?
No. On Capture and Operate your number rings through to you. The call is recorded, and any real conversation is transcribed and written up as a lead. Callers hear a short recording notice first. A live AI conversation costs money every minute it runs, so it lives on the AI Receptionist plan, where the minutes are part of what you buy.
What does the AI Receptionist plan cost?
It starts at $200 a month for a business, with a one time setup fee from $250. It includes 500 talk minutes, then $0.35 a minute. Law firm plans start at $500 a month because they include practice specific intake and a Clio Grow connection. We quote the exact setup fee on the call, not after it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days free on Capture or Operate, and you can cancel inside those 14 days without being charged. Your card is taken at signup because the trial includes a real phone number, and a number costs money the moment it is issued.
Can I start with the CRM and add the AI later?
Yes. Start on Capture or Operate, and when you want the AI answering calls, book a setup call. Your contacts, pipeline and history carry over, because it is the same account.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Change or cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops billing and your data stays readable in the dashboard.
Do you charge per user?
No. Capture includes 2 seats and Operate includes 5, at one flat price. The AI Receptionist plan has unlimited seats.
